By creating a Minehost account or ordering a service, you agree to these terms.

Services. Minehost provides managed game server and cloud hosting. We may suspend or terminate services that violate applicable law, abuse infrastructure, or remain unpaid past the due date.

Billing. Fees are charged according to the plan and billing cycle selected at order time. Refunds, if any, are handled case-by-case at our discretion.

Acceptable use. You are responsible for content and software you run. Do not use services for illegal activity, unauthorized scanning, or attacks on third parties.

Liability. Services are provided as-is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Minehost is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
