Upload mods through the file manager. Build 42 with a few survivors usually starts at Metalwork / Helicopter (6 GB). Heavy mod packs need a bigger plan, and your save stays where it is.
Can I switch plans after I start?
Yes. Move up or down the ladder later; your save data stays in the file manager.
